A 20-minute drive to Bush Gardens, Adventure Island, Curtis Hixon Park, Downtown Tampa, Amalie Arena, Florida Aquarium, Cruise ports, Hyde Park, Ybor City, Channelside and the University of Tampa. A 25-minute drive to the Airport and International Mall. 45-60 minutes to Clearwater & St. Pete beach.

This newly renovated tropical retreat includes amenities such as: Pool, Air Hockey Table, Piano, Grill, Smart TVs, High Speed Internet and more! Your host has paid attention to every detail of this home to create a great guest experience. Your group will find ample space for dining and seating for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes bar seating, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, silverware, utensils and everything you’ll need to cook and prepare meals for your friends and family. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed. In the second bedroom you’ll find a queen-sized bed and in the third bedroom two twin-sized beds. All bedrooms have large closets for storage. Comfortable and Clean

This house is in a good location Central located by stores and shops in Tampa easy easy to get to the interstate. The neighborhood isn’t so appealing but the house itself is perfect and very clean and comfortable very nicely decorated very accommodating yard fence yard the street did flood, but we were there during hurricane Milton, it was a very safe and sound house otherwise but the street went down after a few hours. Nothing to worry about.

Peaceful stay

This home is in a quiet established neighborhood. Nice families walking with their dogs in the evening. The home is very clean and updated. We enjoyed the pool and patio. What we liked best is that everything was extremely close. Grocery store, restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. All in all we had no complaints. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to the area!

Great little oasis

The vacation home rental had everything we needed during our trip. My son had a great time at the pool. We had several places to eat at that were close to the house. The property manager was very responsive and provided great food recommendations when we arrived. I wasn’t too sure if we were in a safe spot when we first arrived because of the abandoned house next door but after a few days of being there the people in the neighborhood were friendly and were constantly walking their dogs. It wasn’t a huge house but it checked all the boxes. Overall it was a great!

Needs maintenance & deep clean

Price was reasonable for the size of the property and the host communicated fairly well. Over all the house is in need of general repairs & deep cleaning. Here were our issues: - cheap paint/varnish used in the bathrooms leading to peeling/cracks. This made the tile look unsightly because of grime build up which then harbor bacteria. I did not feel comfortable going into the shower without flip flops. - poor paint job throughout the house. Several areas of wear & tear which need touch ups. Several areas of drywall and trim damage. - only minimum cleaning seems to be done between guests. The air vents were covered in dust, which wasn’t good for my allergies. We found food and garbage from other guests under the bed and couch. Calcium build up in the faucets and fixtures. Rust and grime build up in the hinges to the shower door. Tub & shower need thorough cleaning & updates as mentioned. - wasps nest by front door (we reported this & the host is supposed to address) - large opening (looks like the screened portion is separating from the attachment to the house’s roof) in the screened porch so a ton of insects and spiders were in the screened area which made using the pool area uncomfortable. the pool area is much smaller than pictured so there wasn’t a lot of room to lounge or have a table to eat outside. - inadequate kitchen supplies (no can opener, coffee filters, vegetable peeler) - there’s more but hit word count limit
