Private entry with private court yard. This was a great stay for me while going daily to the convention center. I was car free, but took a Lyft/Spin scooter back and forth. Also easily walked to the grocery store and the truly lovely Hyde Park Village for dinner each night. The property was clean and lovely. I spent my evenings on the patio. Everything was great.

Best stay yet

This rental is in a perfect location the neighbors were awesome and very fun and friendly Gasparilla was a blast and the walk to it was very short! Absolutely recommend this spot. Th e hosts were so nice and very quick with responding!

Cute studio apartment in a fabulous location in Hyde Park. Communication with the host was excellent! Honestly this was probably the easiest check in that I’ve ever had through a VRBO. Thank goodness for the included parking spot as I had to drive my daughter back and forth to the convention center several times for her music conference. Great stay!

Happy Hyde Park Getaway

This unit was perfect for us … clean, comfortable, and conveniently located … we loved walking around and exploring Tampa and Hyde Park. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Stay

We had a quick stop over in Tampa and loved the location of this property. Walking distance to so many places and we really enjoyed the stay. Liz was great to communicate with, and offered us lots of suggestions for our stay. The suite was well appointed and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Mother daughters trip

Location is fantastic!!! Quiet neighborhood and very close to two shopping/dining areas...Hyde Park (our favorite) and downtown...you can easily walk to both. Being close to the Bayshore blvd was awesome for walks/runs.

Perfect little haven!

Great spot for a quick weekend!! Small yet mighty space, optimal location, easy parking, extremely clean, softest sheets(!!), cute patio, and Liz even left water and snacks! I have found my go-to whenever I am in Tampa. Thank you so much!

Frozen Four weekend Fun

We stayed for a long weekend and some awesome hockey in Tampa. This studio is in a perfect location, just outside of Tampa and only a few blocks from Hyde Park Village. Hyde Park has great shopping, restaurants, and the homes in the area are beautiful! We will definitely go back ! Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing Location!

We loved our stay here, Elizabeth and Bob were such gracious hosts, they live on the property so are very attentive and kind. The location is amazing, a block from Bay Shore and 6 blocks to Hyde Park shopping and restaurants. Wonderful morning walks on the bay and a very comfortable and well appointed place. We enjoyed the bikes they provided to ride to Davis Island and Armature Works. Such a great stay! Thank you Liz and Bob, we'll come back for sure!

Easy access to unit and parking

It's a great place to kick up your feet and enjoy peace after a busy day. There is an excellent desk/workplace, and the TV is big enough to be enjoyed from the couch or bed. Google map before you come to see the “garage” and find it easier.

Perfect little place in a great neighborhood

We come down periodically to visit our UT student. This was an urgent need trip, and our regular place was not available. We enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely stay again. The host was very accommodating, and everything we needed was available. Safe, lovely neighborhood.

Great location.

Easy access to a well appointed studio apartment, perfect for a couple. turn left on W Swann and it’s a short walk to Hyde Park Village shops and restaurants. Turn right and it’s a 10 minute stroll to the Tampa River Walk. Definitely recommend.

Perfect Hyde Park couple spot

We came for a long weekend to visit our daughter who recently moved to the area. This is a perfect spot for a couple. It is furnished with everything one would need for a comfortable stay, and there are many extra thoughtful touches. We especially appreciated the coffee, water, and snacks. Liz is a perfect host and communication with her is timely and easy. Easy walking to Hyde Park Village and Bayshore make it even better. We hope to return.

We had a great experience at Liz's Hyde Park apartment! Extremely well maintained, conveniently located in a very safe part of the city. Liz is an excellent host in that she is very responsive but also respectful of her guest's privacy. 6 star experience!!!!!

FANTASTIC!

There is no other way to describe this property, absolutely fantastic. From the booking all the way through leaving today, the communication and the experience is probably been one of the best I have ever had. The property is clean and very inviting. Location is perfect for anywhere you want to be around the classic Tampa neighborhood. It isn’t missing anything. All of the comfort of home. And by the way, the bed is perfect. That is usually one of my biggest issues, not here. The neighborhood is quiet and very near the water. It was nice and easy to just walk everywhere. While walking along the bay, I saw a manatee. How cool is that. I was fortunate to interact with the owners, casually while I was there and they couldn’t have been nicer. If you are going to stay in Tampa, stay here!

We were in Tampa for the delivery of our child (via surrogacy) so we needed to be close to the hospital. Liz was an incredible host. She was always available to answer questions and was very kind and accommodating. The property was fantastic - so clean and comfortable. The mattress is heavenly! It's located in a wonderful area- walk to Hyde Park restaurants and shops and TGH.

Stay was comfortable. Unfortunately the fact that the 5am early riser in the apartment above meant a half hour of footsteps and noise every morning around that time.

Excellent lodging and location

I picked this lodging because it was close to the Tampa Convention Center and the start of the Gasparilla races. Liz was very accommodating to allow me to check in early and leave my car after I checked out. The accommodations were excellent, and I loved the homey touches like free snacks and coffee/tea & bottled water. The bed was super comfortable, and the sitting area was well appointed. The kitchen had all the things that I need to prepare my meals. And the bathroom was great especially the shower that had large bottles of body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is visiting Tampa.

Very cute and clean. Walking distance to pubs, convention center and shopping. The only drawback was that you could hear the conversations and walking from the people above. They stopped by 10 but we’re up at exactly 7am. No sleeping in!

Excellent location!

This is our second stay at this property, last time we stayed upstairs. This property is walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in Hyde Park and walking distance to the water front. Amazing neighborhood all around is beautiful homes! Just one issue with our stay (not a huge deal or something the property owner can help), the people staying upstairs walked around until after midnight every night and were early risers. The upper floor squeaks and it was extremely hard to ignore when we were trying to sleep. Otherwise we loved our stay!!

Best location in Tampa

Fantastic neighborhood close to the bay and within walking distance of river walk. We came in town for a hockey game and it was only a 20-minute walk to Amalie arena. Perfect for a couple’s getaway weekend.
