Whether you'd like to spend your days at the beach, explore Tampa, go to a professional sports game or dine at incredible restaurants, our home will be sure to suit you perfectly. 4 Bedrooms with 2.5 baths and a large open kitchen. Centrally located, you will be less than 5 minutes to downtown and Amalie Arena, 10 minutes to the Bucs Stadium, within 25 minutes to St. Petersburg, and 30 minutes to Florida's best white sandy beaches!

• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
• Minimum rental age of 25
• Ring doorbell camera recording
• For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
• Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
• Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
• We are happy to accommodate pets and charge a pet fee per pet per stay. For stays of up to 7 nights, a one-time fee is applied and paid separately after booking confirmation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee per pet will apply for each succeeding night. Please contact us before booking to inquire about the applicable pet fee, as it varies based on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.

Warmest Kindest Host Gorgeous Place Breathtaking location

I couldn’t be happier with my time spent at this property. From check-in to check out I was made to feel as if the home was my own and they were helpful friends. The place is two blocks from Bayshore Boulevard, which is perfect for a run, walk, bike, night stroll, photo ops etc. Highly recommend!

Nice home- good location

Our stay here was very nice. Plenty of space for a large group. The home was clean and comfortable as well as within walking distance to SoHo and Hyde Park Village. Great location!

Nice house - needs better management and quality control

The property and location are very good, central to Hyde park, restaurants etc. unfortunately numerous items did not work (like the fan in my son’s room, the garage door opener specifically). There were door handles hanging from their screws in two of the rooms and a set of blinds that were sitting on the ground instead of hanging where they should have been. The couch outside and the couch inside are both very dirty and need to be cleaned. The rooms are very nice and spacious. Communication goes through a management company and was slow and failed to take action when I raised the concerns. I could have overlooked a lot of them but the non functional items in the house were a damper on the stay. Unfortunately that did impact the rating here otherwise it would have been a very nice property.

Rental

So the house is great as a VRBO. Plenty of room and great location with regard to Raymond James stadium. Having said all that the house needs the owner caretaker or management team to take 2 days and actually put some TLC back into this place. Light bulbs flickering, shades falling off Windows toilet seats not screwed in and sliding all over on toilet, towel racks coming out of walls,3 remotes for TV’s took 2 days to figure out how to work. And we are in the IT field. Can’t imagine what someone not tech savvy would have done. Didn’t even need one remote that was there. Something a little directions card could solve. It’s was just a ton of little things that if the owner actually cared it would go from a strong 3 to an automatic 5. We use rental properties a lot. We have never been told we can’t check out one hour later if the property isn’t being booked right after. It wasn’t and they wanted to charge us for the one hour and extra 50.00. So they would rather make 50.00 than when we come to Tampa in the future for a week at a time have us pay $1500.00 lol. Step over a dollar to pick up a dime. Nice place, but keep looking plenty of owners that care for the same money.

Great location but need attention to Details

This property was in a great location, the layout and size of rooms were comfortable, cozy outdoor area and good size garage. We were there for UT graduation so we had 8 family members stay. The property really only holds 8 comfortably. The property needed a good cleaning and a good handyman. Looks like there might have been a bachelorette party there due to the type of confetti that was all over the patio. The area rugs were disgusting with many stains and should have been removed before our visit. The toilet paper holders were pulling out of the walls, microwave did not work so they had a small dorm size one on the counter and there was something spilled on the ceiling in the family room. The TV remote had 1 battery (needed 2) so that didn't work the first day then we purchased new batteries the the TV was very difficult to work. This VRBO could be a 5 pretty easily but need some attention to details to get it there.

Property

So, the check in process was simple. When we opened the door the place smelled like cigarettes which I found highly disgusting . On the fridge it states “ no parties”. This property was in the shape as if a frat party just took place the night before. In one of the bedrooms we found a fake eyelash in the sheets. This led us to believe the sheets were never washed. Floors were sticky the bathrooms smelt like sewage. Overall I’d steer clear or renting this space.

Central Tampa

My high school reunion could not have gone better - this property was spacious, clean, and accommodating for our group of 7. AC worked well, the outside area was a pleasant reprieve, and the beds were comfy. Easy walk to the bay for gasparilla activities. Highly recommend for all.

Great location

Great owners and perfect location. Only issues was there was a garage door opener, so someone had to get out, walk through the house to open the door. It rained a few times during our trip. It would have been convenient to just open the garage door and everyone stay dry.

Great Location for UT

The property was very nice and very well decorated. I’m not 100% sure it had been thoroughly cleaned, as there were dirty towels and the dishwasher had dishes in it. The mattresses were also not very comfortable. Location was great! We weren’t bothered at all by the noise on the streets! We’d stay again!

Busy Street

Property was as pictured but they forgot to mention it's on the corner of a very busy street with loud car noise. Otherwise good proximity to great restaurants.

Disappointing experience at an overpriced property

This property is situated on a busy, noisy road (W Cleveland St) and is showing significant signs of wear and tear, including widespread staining on carpets, couch and seating. The noise of the adjacent road makes it difficult to hold a conversation while sitting in the small outdoor seating area. The lights and fan for that area weren’t working when we were there so that didn’t help. It’s worth noting that I had to put in ear buds at around 5am in the morning as that is when the morning traffic started to interfere with my sleep. The marketed capacity of the property (“up to 14”) is rather misleading. There are just 4 beds, so it is a capacity of 8 if your group is comprised of couples. When I inquired originally, I was told that 2 futons would be added to accommodate our group of 6. However, they were not at the property when we arrived, and I was rudely told they didn’t have any beds and we would have to double up. That was not a satisfactory response when we were paying a premium price and I had made a point of checking ahead of time. The area where the house is situated is rather run down but it is within reasonable walking distance of a variety of restaurants and bars. All in all, this was a disappointing experience, both with regard to the property itself and the service response of Vacation Rentals of Florida.

Great Time In Tampa

The house was amazing. Excellent communication with the home owner. The location was great. We were in the mix of everything. I will most definitely be returning to this house whenever I’m in Tampa.
