Hotel located in the Heart of Ybor. With lots of restaurants and shops. The pool is beautiful, with nice greenery. The hotel was very clean, and the bar staff were fabulous! The cafe had nice coffee and even vegan options. Will be back!

If you have an outside balcony on the south side of the building be prepared to hear all kind of Street noises. Honking cars revving engines and police activity. The hotel isn't responsible for this but be prepared. Also valet parking only that $39 a night

Although we loved this hotel and its location, we were disappointed to find d that our balcony doors were broken and we could not utilize the balcony at all. I booked this upscale room at a premium price just for that amenity. I will say the staff on duty was very apologetic and wished there was something she could do but the hotel was full. When we checked out the next day the manager did his best to try and make things right. I can’t say much more on how wonderful the staff was even with this huge disappointment. I would stay there again for sure but make sure I checked in earlier in case there was a problem with the room.

Hotel Haya may be the nicest in the Ybor district, but my stay was not good. I got moved after the first day, but the second room was only marginally better. The first room had two light fixtures that didn't work, and all others in sleep really were too dim. I had to use my phone to read directions to call the front desk. Bad designs and VERY low wattage bulbs. The shower design is so bad No shower curtain by design, and when you use it, the water splashes out soaking the outside floor and then runs into the hallway. The second room had the same bad design, but all the bulbs were there. Ido not recommend Hotel Haya unless you just have to be in the district

Room was clean. No coffee station which is a must have. Other high priced in-room snacks and drinks offered. You could ask for complimentary water but this wasn’t in room. Only paid water. Bar & lounge was nice and bartenders made great cocktails. Would have been nice if they had servers in the lounge since the lounge is pretty large. For the price, I’d stay somewhere else in the future.

Convienent for ybor tourism and bars. Cleaning staff are loud. My first room was next to the service elevators and my second was not much quieter in the morning. Excessive amount of in-room convenience foods/drinks. Beautiful lobby and lounge. Good restaurant and coffee shop. So a mix of good and bad.

Our first room smelled musty, and Abigail happily upgraded us to a beautiful suite that didn’t smell musty at all. We only stayed for the one night (following the Lightning’s home opener win), but if we could have, we would’ve stayed for a week. The in-house Café Quiquiriqui offers free Buddy Brew coffee for hotel guests in the morning and made us a delicious (and reasonably priced), made-to-order breakfast sandwich with real eggs. Hotel Haya is a true gem and a great value. Highly recommend.

Another great stay at the Haya! I arrived early for a work trip wanting to relax and explore the area more than I usually can for work. Arrived on Saturday afternoon and Katie at the front desk was super helpful, welcoming and quick! She got me set up with a great courtyard room and I was done in minutes. There was a DJ at the pool and the bar was set up in the far corner. The pool area was pretty packed but I was able to find a single chair to lay out. Service at the bar at the pool was slow and my drink (vodka diet) ended up being a tequila diet and I just rolled with it not wanting to go back up and wait in line again. Just a heads up they charge a 20% service charge at this bar. I enjoyed my coffee each morning - I just get the complimentary drip coffee each day. My room was clean and comfortable as usual. Fun fact they don't have ice buckets in the room but you can go downstairs to the bar and they will get you one and fill it up with ice. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are supplied in room along with hand wash and lotion. Breakfast in the cafe is excellent. Great tables in this area too to work. Valet is quick and easy and I know its pricey at $39/night but it is unlimited in / out service and safer for me traveling alone than trying to find a parking lot and walking back to the hotel at night. The gym has tons of equipment including free weights which I appreciated and kettlebells!

First of all - Valet parking was very welcomed after a hectic day! We had a late meal at the bar/restaurant where Kevin was working. He was so friendly and attended to everyone quickly and smoothly. Even the cook came out to ask about our food, which was delicious! It was a short stay, just in town for a football game, but enjoyed the accommodations and staff very much. We will come again.
