There is not another vacation rental in Tampa that even comes close to this home! Live your best life here, if only for the weekend!

Located in the Westshore district, this home is tucked away on a quiet residential street.

Complete with HEATED pool, Private yard, Cabana/guesthouse(available at additional fee- see below), outdoor fireplace, High-end appliances & a space so comfortable you will have a hard time leaving!

All House Rules are listed in the Vacation Rental Agreement as well as our "Welcome Guide" all rules are strictly enforced. They are common sense items but have the need to spell it all out(mostly since every rule has been born from someone doing something stupid : )

We do have cameras on side front side and rear with cloud recording. While we do not monitor cameras at any time, we will refer to footage in the event of a problem or neighbor complaint

Total of 3 ensuite bedrooms! 3 Bedrooms/3 full baths in the main home. There is also a detached guest/pool house available (at additional fee)with an additional studio and en-suite bath. The guest house has a kitchenette as well.(This home is listed with and without the guesthouse- see listing ID 2545601 to rent the home including the guesthouse)

Great Location

This house was all that it said in the description. We found it fully stocked with all the essentials plus more. The sofa in the living room area was something I want at my home. Very comfortable. The house is beautifully laid out. Everyone had plenty of space to relax. The kitchen is stunning. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Excellent overall short but very enjoyable experience. Our trip was cut short due to weather and Southwest meltdown. The house has excellent well appointed amenities indoors and backyard/pool area are a perfect complements to indoor space. The host was very responsive as well. Wish could have stayed longer. Will come back.

Celebration of our best friend's Holy Union!

We had an amazing stay at this property! There was more than enough space for everyone, the yard, back yard, and pool are beautiful, and the interior decor is perfect for a group of guys there to celebrate a wedding!
