The Space:

📌 NOTE: A digital rental agreement MUST be signed prior to arrival, and you will need to provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie. This cannot be done in person. The booking guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in.

The living area provides a welcoming atmosphere and direct access to your private balcony, perfect for savoring morning coffee or sunset cocktails while watching for dolphins, boats, and stunning skies over Tampa Bay.



Your suite features:

• A comfortable queen bed with luxury linens for restful nights.

• A convenient pull-out sofa bed for additional guests.

• A fully stocked modern kitchen with a cooking island, bar seating, stainless steel appliances, a double-door refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee machine.

• A designer bathroom with a tiled and stone shower, complete with complimentary toiletries, towels, and soaps.

• Two Smart TVs with streaming access for your entertainment.

As our valued guest, you have full access to the entire condo and its extensive resort amenities. These include:

Please note that as a private condo, we do not control the resort's amenities and cannot guarantee their continuous operation. Should an issue arise, please notify us, and we will contact the resort on your behalf.



For your convenience, a guest laundry facility with coin or card-operated washers and dryers is located on the 3rd level, next to the elevator, and is open 24 hours. The price per load is $3, subject to change.



The Neighborhood:

Rocky Point is a tourism spot with hotels, condos, and some restaurants and bars. It's safe, fun, and very friendly!

The Resort on the water. Ben T Davis beach only a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive.



Getting Around:

Lots of restaurants and bars are within walking distance (ask for recs). We also have a small, on-site convenience store with basic supplies like snacks, wine & beer, toilet paper, coffee, etc. Note, we do not manage the store and therefore cannot guarantee supply.



Other Things to Note:

Please review the following important details for your stay:

• Professional Management: This home is professionally managed by the Tampa Vacation Collection, a 24/7 premium vacation rental management company. Our staff is available at all hours, every day of the week, and will provide instructions for your stay.

• Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents (e.g., linens, towels, wine) during your stay. This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance.

• Pest Note: While routine pest control is in place, Florida's climate may occasionally bring sightings of ants or spiders.

• We respond quickly to concerns, but no refunds are issued for pest sightings.

• Situations Beyond Our Control: We are unable to provide refunds for inconveniences resulting from situations beyond our control, such as construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or issues on neighboring properties.

• Pack 'n Plays: Pack 'n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared, please request one at the time of booking to confirm availability.

• Supplies & Towels: Starter supplies (toiletries, paper products, coffee) are provided for approximately 3-5 days.

• Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed; nearby stores are easily accessible if you run out. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days; please use the on-site laundry facility to refresh them. For stays of 5 nights or longer, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability.

• Booking Review: Prior to booking, we ask that you review our entire listing, including amenities and house rules. We do not issue refunds outside of the normal cancellation and refund policy for issues related to the rental agreement, ID and verification photo provisions, or the house rules.

• Items left behind. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
