Two story property with loft area
3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, eat-in kitchen, large family room, master bedroom is located on the first floor, spacious master suite includes dual sink, tub, separate shower and a mirror door walk-in closet.

Fenced backyard provides privacy to enjoy swimming in the beautiful POOL (NOT Heated)🏝️💦 relaxation in the lanai with a beautiful serenity shape pool view.

Home provides Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cups, plates, bowls, cooking pots, utensils, blow dryer, iron, towels, & hand soap.

1 KING BED / 1 QUEEN / 2 TWIN BEDS


Driveway parking for 2 vehicles and up to 3 cars in front of the house property only! NO parking on the front grass area! NO parking on the street after 8pm. NO blocking the street (Not a very wide street for big truck to drive if a car is blocking and not enough space for the neighbors to back up his car from his property when he needs to) We appreciate good relationships with our neighbors.
