Close to everything Brandon has to offer. 15 minutes to downtown Tampa. Close to I-75 & I-4. 1 hour from Disney & multiple beaches. 5 minutes from the Mall & movie theater. Quiet neighborhood with mature oaks throughout. Great for walking or jogging. SORRY NO PETS!
