I needed an accommodation close by the Tampa Convention Center. I'm so fortunate to have found Liz and Bob's place. Located in the charming Hyde Park neighborhood, this cozy apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. You can tell that Liz and Bob care deeply about making your stay as pleasant as can be, as shown by little details such plush towels, snacks, water bottles in the fridge, and ambient music that greets you when you walk in. Overall, it was a calming environment, which helped me because I was in Tampa to take the Florida Bar Examination.Next time I stay in Tampa, Liz and Bob will have themselves another happy guest!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Great location, could walk to several places and along the bay. Place was just as pictured in description. Would definitely stay here again. College tour

We had a quick trip to Tampa for a couple of college tours for our son. This was a perfect place to stay. Very clean, and just the right size for the 3 of us. Close to restaurants and the riverwalk area. Could easily walk to Bayshore Blvd and walk the trail along the river. Elizabeth was quick to respond to a couple of questions I had before our arrival. Check in was super easy. Would stay here again.

Very quaint and all that you need!

We were very happy with our stay! Super close to UT and the beautiful river walk. The queen bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet at night. We will stay again!

Amazing Stay in Hyde Park!

Location location location. This spot is perfectly located to all the spots you want to enjoy. Walking distance to all the great shops and restaurants in Hyde Park Village and the beautiful Bayshore Boulevard. The place was very clean and would recommend to anyone looking at staying here.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental! It was very clean and it had everything we needed for our four day visit. It was in a prime location and we enjoyed walking to the bay in the mornings. It was also very close to shopping and restaurants. The host was very kind and accommodating! I definitely recommend staying here if you are wanting to explore the area, you will not regret it!

My friend and I spent the weekend in Tampa and chose to stay here due to its proximity to Amalie Arena. What a wonderful stay! The hosts were extremely accommodating and provided some great restaurant recommendations. The location is great, the unit was clean and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

Tampa Getaway

It was a great place to stay when visiting Tampa. Conveniently located within walking distance to Bay Shore Drive, Hyde Park and downtown. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The host was so kind and brought us some extra k cups for our coffee. They even supplied an umbrella that we used the day it rained! We loved it and will definitely stay there again!

Cute apartment in awesome location

My daughter and I enjoyed a long weekend here to visit my son at University of Tampa. The unit was sparkling clean, smelled fresh, and was exactly as pictured with fun but simple beach decor and bright colors. I loved the wooden blinds so we could adjust the amount of light coming in, and the mattress was comfortable with high quality sheets and towels. Liz was great to communicate with me before, during, and after our stay. The clawfoot tub is so special, and the water pressure and shower head were good. We also loved that there were 2 beach chairs and an umbrella available, we happily borrowed both and they really helped make our days easier. We loved the many food options nearby and walked to Hyde Park for dinner one night, too. It is less than one block from the unit to Bayshore, so we started each day with a walk by the water! We loved it here and will definitely stay again.

Great place

My only complaint was some areas of the condo were worn and in need of a thorough cleaning. The bathroom shower curtain in not ideal. Claw foot tub with curtains, not much space. These items were minor enough that we still gave 5 star rating. Great area, fun to walk to shopping or BayShore. Easy to drive to downtown, Ybor, Bush Gardens.

Convenient, beautiful property in Hyde Park

Bob and Liz have created a wonderful space in Hyde Park, convenient to the bay front and kept clean and tidy for their guests. Thoughtful touches can be found throughout the property and the owners are quickly responsive when we inquired about small items, like a replenishment of K cups during our stay. Microwave, coffee maker and fridge in the living area. Shower tub in the bathroom. Very large walk in closet in the main bedroom. Thanks for a great stay in Tampa!
