Estaba muy sucio el lugar las paredes estaban descarapeladas y el baño huele horrible no sé cómo existe un lugar así parecía una pesadilla de una pesadilla y las escaleras también estaba descarapeladas y con un líquido que huele horrible no parecía agua no importa que esté en buena ubicación deberían de destruirlo estaba terrible y estás acompañado de bichos no lo recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo espero que vean las fotos antes de ir fue mi error no ver las fotos antes de pagar e ir no volvería a ir ni en mi otra vida como podría existir un lugar así y parece peligroso porque les tienes que dar la información de tu tarjeta hasta te pueden estafar no vayan si ya pagaron yo prefiero dormir en la calle que en ese hotel por favor espero que lean esto antes de ir porque no me fue muy bien en ese hotel estaba demasiado sucio más que nada la suciedad y el olor hasta te puedes caer en las escaleras por ese líquido que hay yo ya casi me caigo no lo recomiendo nada espero que cierren ese lugar y demolerlo todo servicio de limpieza está fatal espero que alguien lea esto antes de ir nosotros solo queríamos ir a Busch Gardens y dormir agusto en el hotel pero no podía dormir por el olor no lo recomiendo nada y gracias por leer todo esto que ya sé que es cansado pero es por su bien

Horrible!!!! Room was disgusting! Walked in and I immediately walked back out. The floor wasn't vacuumed, there was bugs in the bathroom, it smelled musty and mildewy. When I informed the front desk they just shrugged their shoulders at me. I refused to stay there and now they are fighting me about not charging me for the room I didn't use.

This place is a hotel for homeless people. The rooms are absolutely filthy and is the place is a complete dump. Do not stay here. I've stayed in Hostels and some fairly sketchy hotels all over the world. This is the first hotel I've ever paid for and simply couldn't stay there because the conditions were so deplorable.

Staff was great, location is convenient, but other than that it was a nightmare. Room was dirty, with towels and sheets stained. Everything smells dusty and old. The area is unsafe. Ratings were low but we didn't expect it would be as bad as it was.

Kiss after 44 years of professional travel, I have never seen a more disgusting place in my life. How dare expedite even advertise this piece of crap. Roaches, cracked pipe, burns on the counters, mold on the walls, the room was disgusting smell. I could go on and on this place should be condemned.

The property conditions are horrible furniture falling apart, leaking shower, rusted shower, coffee machine. Toilet loose, roaches, AC taped together, door close leaving a space opening, carpet old. Covers with stains, no phone in the room, no cups, no coffee, old thin out towels.

Arrived at the front desk, the gentleman checking us in was very short with us. When we walked into our room there walls were dirty, you could tell no one had washed or wiped them down in a long time. We immediately stripped the beds making sure there was no signs of bed begs. Upon stripping the beds we noticed stains on both sets of the sheets. Thankfully we did not spot any signs of bed bugs. The mirror above the sink had nit been wiped down for sometime. We had stuff for coffee but no coffe pot. The hair dryer was dirty. Walking into the bathroom the toilet had not been cleaned and the shower curtain had black mold on it. The ceiling had chipped and missing paint. The toilet was lose so when sitting down on it you had to be cautious. The remote for the tv was held together with scotch tape and it didn't even work. I would not recommend staying at this property.

Do not recommend I stayed here for 3 nights the room was so horrible I will never stay here again .to the walls to the ceiling the mirrors the carpet … one bed was smaller then the other! None of the dresser draws would close . The remote didn’t work I couldn’t input any channels. The toilet seat was very loose just hanging from the seat. It’s a cheap hotel but not worth the stay or the rates……

A very unpleasant smell and a dirty restroom; when we went to the pool area—despite the fact that I was with a small child—an employee was smoking marijuana. It was a horrible experience; I really do not recommend it.

Dirty sheets with food still stuck to them with the replacement sheets given to us also being dirty, roaches on in the cabinets and drawers, broken lights, backed up toilet, etc. Pretty bad customer service with some people and just a general lack of effort or care from the staff. Only book this place if you are desperate for a place and even then it still isn't worth the price
