The Space:
Step inside our home and be greeted by a spacious living room, offering comfortable seating and a large smart TV— perfect for catching up on your favorite shows. Adjacent, you'll find the inviting dining room with ample space for enjoyable meals.

From the dining area, doors lead you to the serene screened-in back porch, where you can unwind amidst Tampa's pleasant weather. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living and dining rooms to a fully-equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, oven, built-in microwave, and refrigerator. For added convenience, a separate door leads to a laundry room complete with a washer, dryer, and a handy folding table.

Down the hallway from the living room, you'll find the tranquil bedrooms. Each room features a plush king-sized bed, ensuring restful nights. Conveniently nestled between the bedrooms is a full bathroom. Additionally, the master bedroom boasts a private bathroom, providing an added touch of privacy and comfort.

The house is complete with a fully fenced backyard - ideal for a little outdoor fun or relaxation. Additionally, your vehicle will be secure in the private driveway. Visit Tampa and stay at "The Moose"!

Guest Access:
24 hour access, no restriction or curfews, you will be given a door access code that activates from arrival until departure dates 1 day prior to check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Often voted "Best of Tampa", Seminole Heights is one of the oldest and fastest trending neighborhoods of Tampa! Several bars, restaurants, and breweries are within walking distance of this home. The newly opened Nebraska Mini Mart is just two blocks away!

This charming neighborhood is in the urban core of Tampa and it might not appeal to those expecting a suburban “gated community” type environment. This home is one of the nicest in the neighborhood and we hope that you enjoy it just as much as we enjoy hosting you! All our adjacent neighbors are friendly, quiet and/or elderly. Our neighborhood is an emerging historic urban area, we live just a few streets away and have always felt very safe here, but some people might not if they haven't lived in a tight urban environment before. You can expect to see pedestrians on foot or bike throughout this neighborhood as well as some homes in disrepair. If you have any questions or concerns about our neighborhood feel free to ask us any questions before or after booking.

Well known by locals for its beautiful 1920's Craftsman Bungalows and its food and beer scene, Seminole Heights eateries and bars attract an eclectic mix from all over Tampa Bay! You will not find a chain restaurant here. We love how close in proximity our home is to lots of amazing micro-breweries, bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. We are also close to theaters, event spaces, theme parks, beaches, malls and universities.

Getting Around:
This home is in walking distance of many of the neighborhood's best bars and restaurants. With a central location like this, third party rideshare services are incredible options for getting around. Fares are generally around $5-7.
