Rooms are small but suitable. One staff member in check in not very friendly. We had the buffet instead of the free American breakfast which was very good.

No sirve su elevador, mi mamá es discapacitada y tuvimos que tomar un elevador de una plaza comercial para acceder al hotel, delante de tanta gente pasé a mi mamá y maletas y bolsas, fue terrible, el estacionamiento aparte y lo cierran y ya no puedes salir ni sacar algo del carro, ojalá el hotel no funcionara hasta que su elevador esté bien, la recepción muy pequeña, éramos 3 personas y solo nos dieron una sola llave para entrar y salir de la habitación. NO LO RECOMIENDO

El cuarto que me brindaron estaba junto a otro que solo lo separaba por una puerta y se escuchaba todo parecía motel de paso. Tuvimos las dos noches pésimas ni dormir pudimos. Las camas olían mal y el desayuno no es americano como se indica es publicidad falsa solo te dan un huevo todo frío, tortillas duras y agua de sabor ni jugo es. Esta vez estuvo pésima la estancia. Y el elevador ni servía tuvimos que bajar por una plaza comercial entre los transeúntes. Nada de privacidad. El cuarto no tenía ni papel sanitario ni botes de basura.

Lo único malo es el desayuno. El desayuno que ofrecen en el paquete la verdad bastante feo. Aunque tiene la opción de buffet pagado como alternativa. Pero esperaba algo mejor. Todo lo demás bien el hotel cumple.
