"We stayed for two nights. I want to express my appreciation to the general manager of the hotel, for his able assistance in resolving a change of service request I had for Hotels.com. While the Hotels.com AI was very frustrating and difficult to communicate with regarding my issue (it was a nightmare), the hotel manager was extremely helpful and the mission was accomplished.
