"Everything about this hotel is 5 star. We enjoyed a 5 day break here and would definitely return. The food was fantastic … excellent breakfast buffet with anything you could wish for plus an à la carte service. The evening dinner was superb, creative menus delivered first class service. The spa and pools were great, outdoor pool in the snow!! Housekeeping kept our room in a perfect condition. All of the staff were friendly, professional and fun!! I’m sorry I don’t have all of the names but a quick shout out to Katja who looked after us in the dining room and Marlene at reception. We can’t fault anything about this hotel!! "

"The room was above expectations. Amazing view of the Alps! The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. There is a play room for kids as well as an outdoor playground associated with the property. We ate breakfast there a couple times and also cooked in the room - both great experiences. The skikeller was safe and in a great location for ski-in-ski-out. We absolutely loved this hotel!! "
