"Loved this resort, the beach was full of seaweed so we did not get to use the ocean which was disappointing.. The sargasm was REALLY bad and smelly.. The water was not blue.. We understand that is beyond the resorts control.. Pools were nice, food was good! The resort is huge, so we got a lot of exercise in, but they do have shuttles running for those that don't want to walk.. They would only do our reservations 1 night at a time which I didn't love, but the food in the restaurants were good!! Bamboo was our favorite!! Beds were a little firm for my liking, but they were clean! Fridge was refreshed daily!! Plenty of chairs by the pool a lot with umbrellas, pool towels were always available!! We got a couples massage which was amazing!! We had a great family vacation!! Loved our swim out room!! Recommendations.. Take pool floats, the main pool is very deep, I am 5, 5" and was on my tip toes to not drown! Take bug spray or skin so soft (this is a great bug repellent).. Make sure you have a lot of Sunscreen!!"
