Coco Tangalla

"We stayed in the King Coco room which was great. Large room, large bathroom, comfortable king size bed and a balcony with seating and garden furniture with a pool and sea view. Suresh and the team at Coco Tangalla were excellent. They were extremely helpful and attentive we felt we could ask them anything. Breakfast was amazing, fresh fruit, homemade juices, delicious coffee and a choice of main breakfast, either Sr Lankan, European/American or healthy option. Pool area was very clean with comfortable sunbeds. Would definitely consider coming back."

"We had an exceptional stay at Turtle Bay. From start to finish, the service was a consistent **5-star experience**; every staff member went above and beyond, and we were honestly gutted to only be staying for one night. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a very warm welcome, including cold cloths and a refreshing drink—exactly what we needed after a long journey. Our room (Green Turtle) was lovely: spacious, featuring twin beds, dressing gowns, and a large bathroom stocked with toiletries. We also had a generous balcony overlooking the pool and beach, which provided the perfect vantage point for sunset views. This was one of the only rooms we stayed in in Sri Lanka that had a full length mirror, an added bonus. The only thing we found was the sheet on the bed wasn't quite enough for us, and we should have asked for a blanket but didn't at the time, otherwise we slept very well and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant offered a fantastic range of dinner options, from fresh seafood and local delicacies to international dishes—all at very reasonable prices. **Note:** While everything is priced in USD, payment is made in LKR. Breakfast was equally impressive, with a great selection including fresh fruit platters, made-to-order omelettes, and toast. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our visit. "I had a wonderful stay at Ravan Tangalle. 🌴 The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to soak up the coastal vibe. The rooms are fresh, beautifully decked out, and styled with great attention to detail. I especially loved the comfort of the bed and sheets, which made for a truly restful sleep. The property is spotless, with a fantastic pool that’s ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and well cared for.
