J ai cherché un autre hotel car le site hotel.com n ont trouvé aucun autre hotelsir tanger .apres avoir passé 2 heures au telephone avec une operatrice du site hotel. Com j ai du dormir dans ma voiture avec ma famille .
Ne faite pas confiance aucune garantie avec le site ....a mon retour je compte porter plainte pour le prejudice

"We booked the apartment for one night and received a confirmation. When we arrived they said they were all booked out and we did not have a room. The staff stated that we needed to call in advance that we are coming and have another confirmation with the staff. "

"Communication and finding the place wasn’t super easy (most of the personnel couldn’t speak english). The location of the apartment is perfect. There always were open parking spots and a supermarket as well as restaurants are in walking distance. It is possible to walk to the beach and yacht club in about 15 mins. The apartment felt really safe and was also pretty tranquil. The apartment was very spacious and pretty clean. On the couch and its pillows were some weird stains and some of the...
