Wonderful staff providing excellent service, with a friendly and helpful approach. Great breakfast with both international and national touch. Clean and overall great interior. Great location, though only car service used by hotel was allowed inside the walls of the ’old city center’ - here again the hotel staff immediately helpful by providing info and booking of above service.

I spent a wonderful week at Palais Zahia and loved every moment of it. The hotel is a beautifully restored traditional building right in the heart of Tangier's old town, full of character and charm, with decor that reflects real craftsmanship and attention to detail. The location is excellent, close to everything worth seeing, and it made exploring the medina easy and enjoyable. I always felt safe walking around, even in the evenings, and the whole property is kept spotlessly clean. One of the true highlights was breakfast on the terrace each morning. The view over the old town is stunning, and the spread of local Moroccan dishes was fresh, flavourful, and different enough each day to keep things interesting. It's a wonderful way to start the day before heading out to explore. Overall, Palais Zahia offers a genuinely special stay: a stunning setting, warm atmosphere, and a real sense of place. I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic experience in Tangier.

Clean, accommodating and conveniently located. The Medina sounds outside may go into the night, but, hey, it’s Medina. Lovely staff. The restaurant on premises was excellent.

Perfect location! The hospitality from all the staff was exceptional! Book their airport transfer to make arrival easy. It was 30 MAD. Otherwise, a taxi will have to drop you outside the Medina and it will be hard to locate the hotel. Perfect stay in Tangier! Able to walk to all the sights and spend time in charming cafes right outside the hotel. Change money at one of the many places on the street outside the hotel to get a much better rate.
