The location is great block away from the beach. I would fire the manager of this hotel and hire someone who knows how to run one. This place is dated I wanted to have dinner there but the dining room have these high lights lit up like some cafeteria with cheap tables who knows the food might be really good terrible bar design and here I'll tell you which beers they have Heineken small bottle yeah that's it. Once again the location is great

Room was clean and even had a water bottle which was a nice touch. I also appreciated the quickness of the check in as I had to get to an AFCON game straight after dropping my stuff off. They also offer free luggage storage.

Sadly there was no AC for the hotel and I couldn’t open the window for the insects so it wasn’t the best. Otherwise it was lively as a hotel. The pool felt warm for October.

I paid online via paypal to protect my data, the receptionist told me oh we try to connect to your bank and its saying funds issue, i don’t understand how did they access my paypal account, i kept telling them why are you trying to connect to my method of payment while i paid online everything.

Great location for this hotel. Whoever manages this hotel should be fired. You have great workers here and many of them have not been trained. Let's start off with the front desk I think they are all rockstars. I think they did a great job I've been here for 2 weeks so I seen a lot. Then you have your wait staff that whole area horrible they just don't know what to do meaning a person shows up stop talking to each other and walk over to the person bring a menu welcome him say hello maybe a is this your first time something like that and then take care of the customer I got tired of every time I wanted a beer I have to go look for somebody three or four people help me at one time over the course of 2 hours that's ridiculous they're all too busy in the back talking the the dining room is empty so these guys have good intentions but they're clueless absolutely clueless on how to give good service and I only blame the manager for this not the workers because they are hard workers but when you have lousy managers that don't set expectations or train them properly it's not good. The rooms are okay every room has the old floors where water has damaged them and this place has done nothing about it too bad this could really be a five-star place instead it's a three-star at best
