"The staff are welcoming, the rooms are clean. But Iโll highlight what I consider a negative experience. 1- The AC in room was turn off, the temperature never get below 25C and found difficult sleeping, when I reach to the staff they provided me a fan. ( helped a little ! ) 2- you are only permit to use the swimming pools, sona required additional payment. 3- breakfast closed at 9:30am. ( all hotels I been to closed at 10 ) 4- no room service after 10pm which is not convenient as all restaurants...

"Room was spacious and the bathroom was big too. The mattress on the bed however was rock hard and uncomfortable. Also, there are no full sized towels, just hand towels. We asked the front desk and they said they donโt have any regular bath towels. Really???!"

"So the room was really good. The bed was a bit hard, but the rest of the room and amenities and shower were great. The hotel lobby was difficult for me, as I only speak English, and the signs were all in Korean. There is not always an attendant in the lobby, sometimes a person in the 'cieling' speaks to you and can administer your room key through a machine.
