"Stay is conveniently located for Zion national park. Location is updated, clean, and awesome breakfast! They have a fire pit, outdoor pool, outdoor jacuzzi, both laundry and indoor gym downstairs. Great view when walking in! I will note parking is not free — You are charged per day. Walking distance to few restaurants nearby. "

"The property was extremely nice and our stay as well. The only issue we had was with our door since the town had no power for several hours. We did have to call to get our door open and there is no receptionist in the lobby. It was all via phone. This was different for us but assistance was quick and all our questions were answered thoroughly. "

"Staff very helpful/pleasant on the whole, as were the grounds. Our room was a strange layout (sink not in the bathroom) and overall was dated. Luckily the scenery made up for it. It wasn’t mentioned until checkout that a parking fee was due. When I stated I felt the fee was unfair, instead of offering a customer-focused solution, I was patronisingly told I should always book direct with the hotel and not hotels.com to avoid this charge. I was very disappointed to be stung with this unexpected fee at the end of our stay. After the staff being so nice, it was a bit of a shock and I felt ripped off. I feel this is a way to get the guest to pay/offset the commission that hotels.com takes from them. I would suggest that if the proprietor would prefer direct bookings, they could remove themselves from 3rd party platforms, however I imagine without this, they would not have secured our business during off peak season in the first place. "
