Perfect location, close to everything we needed. We were a group of 12, table was large enough for family dinner and game nights. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hangout. Would recommend. We will be booking again

Great property! We had four families stay in the house for a ski weekend. There was plenty of space, the game room was awesome. The kitchen had everything you needed in the hot tub was a fun bonus! Just under 15 minutes to Camelback for skiing and tons of restaurants and stores around the corner.

Came to the mountains to celebrate my wife’s birthday with a group of friends. The house fit us all perfectly and there was plenty of parking. House was so close to camelback so we were able to easily go tubing. Would love to go back in the summer/spring to use the pool next time!

The house was very clean ! The kitchen and extra refrigerator were wonderful . the game room was superb , Probably the only home we have rented with enough ping pong balls ! The pool was great clean and everone had a ball ., There were plenty of opportunities for day trips \wonderful family vacation!!

If you’re thinking of renting this home do not hesitate! The pictures are great but do it no justice this home is beautiful, the rooms are huge from the game room to the 2 huge flat screens in the living and dining room areas it was perfect for family time dinners and fun activities. it was perfect for my family and I or any large group.. They even had a Christmas tree for the added touch thanks Lenny was so easy to reach and got right back to you when we contacted him. Did I mention it is smack in the middle of every store and activity you may need or want about 6-7 minutes and 15 minutes from ATV rentals which we did enjoy and also snow tubes at Camel Back resort my children nieces and nephews said that this is our house from now on lol…I don’t have one complaint about this home in fact this was our first visit and won’t be our last.. The best a new tradition has been started and we appreciate you as a host! Thanks Lenny

This home is AMAZING! The host was very responsive to any of my questions and the house itself is perfect for a group. Lots of space and great amenities. The pool area was great for all our guests and the children loved the game room. A perfect location close to many excursions and restaurants.

This place is incredible. We went with 4 families to ski at Camelback. Our kids had an awesome time in the basement game room, and we all slept comfortably in king beds. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and there was an extra fridge so space for all of our food. We loved it!

If you’re going during the colder season, be prepared for close to no heat. We reached out every night to see if the host would be able to adjust the heat and every night they either said it was on (which it was not), blamed us for touching the thermostat, or no reply. It was super frustrating as the nights were cold and many of us went to sleep with layers of clothes on. Besides this, the house had other things that were either broken or missing. Overall, just an okay stay for the value.

House was very nice and very clean. The outdoor grill area was pretty bad no water in sink extremely dirty the grill was disgusting I cleaned it well and then we were able to use it and I left it clean for the next person but the outside eating area needs a lot of work it could be nice if the work was put in to it. The pool and pool area were very nice and very well kept. The hot tub as well was very nice and clean. The out door shed where we were told to leave our garbage had MANY bags of garbage in there and it smelled very bad and you were able to smell it even before you reached the shed….at one point we had no hot water, I texted the owner on the cell phone listed inside the front door and got no response one of the main reasons we rented the house was for the pool and the outdoor eating and cooking area but the eating and cooking area disappointed. And there was no fire pit. We will most likely not stay there again

The house and property have excellent potential. The main issue we had was the host and the lack of tending to the property. When we arrived the garbage hut was overflowing with garbage and there were flies everywhere. The lawn was overgrown and not tended to essentially making the playground inaccessible. The pool area was beautiful but the bar area was filthy and smelled awful. The wicker chairs were sticky. Inside the house was better, but the floors had not been washed and our feet were back from walking around barefoot. There was barely enough soap in the bathrooms, and it quickly ran out without any refills. There were no pool towels. The kitchen had beautiful utilities but the pantry was filled with towels, so we used a hall closet for food. There was no shampoo or body wash in the showers . When I contacted the manager about the garbage he said it V would be picked up the next morning. In fact it was not picked up until the third day which caused a serious fly problem. I received the same answer about the lawn but it was not taken care of for 4 days. The manager stopped answering me when I complained. I strongly suggest that the owners find different managers. The house and property are wonderful and we had a great time.
