Sparse Accommodations
The property has what you need and nothing else. A single trash bag was provided for 3 days and 10 people after the listed says that ALL trash must be bagged. Barely enough plates, cups, and cutlery for 10 people to eat one meal. Kitchen counter space is almost non existent. Grill ran out of propane almost immediately. Bed linens were a fitted sheet and small comforter for each bed, no additional sheets or pillows. Took 2 days of searching to find one foosball ball for the foosball table. The parking enforcement personnel were rude and threatened to fine me for parking my car incorrectly. There were no signs explaining how to park, and my car was on a paved surface close to the house. He also threatened to ticket and tow our cars if we had more than 2 vehicles, which are stated in the rules, but the entire weekend in a cul de sac which could accommodate a dozen cars, we were the only guests.
All in all, sparse accommodations. Very close to Camelback, but not a well appointed house.
