Our townhouse is designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. With its modern decor, plush furnishings, and ample space, it's the ideal home base for your Pocono getaway. Here's what you can expect:
Bedrooms: Three comfortable bedrooms to accommodate your group, two upstairs and one downstairs. -All rooms feature smart TVs and USB and AC outlets at each side table! (...we know, we travel too!)
Upstairs, discover two bedrooms: the spacious primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with a Nectar mattress, while the other room offers a comfortable queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress -both rooms with smart TVs and USB and AC outlets at each side table!
On the main floor, find a bedroom with a full-size bed featuring a Casper mattress, while the living room offers a full-size sleeper sofa—ensuring a restful night's sleep after your outdoor adventures.
Bathrooms: Enjoy two clean, updated full bathrooms with tub/shower combos, equipped with all your essential needs for a comfortable stay—including hair dryers.
Living Area: Relax in the spacious living area with a cozy sofa, perfect for unwinding in front of the enormous smart TV after a day on the slopes or exploring the Pocono attractions. There are also some books featuring local history and attractions for your enjoyment.
Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen awaits the culinary enthusiasts in your group. It comes with modern appliances, cookware, a solid collection of spices and oil, multiple coffee makers (Keurig, Nespresso, & Espresso machine -we love coffee!) and some coffee to get you started!
Dining Area: Enjoy your meals in the dining area with seating for six, ideal for family dinners or a gathering of family & friends with a one of our many games.
Outdoor Space: A private deck with outdoor seating and newly added propane grill provides the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening stargazing. There are also a newly added ski/snowboard rack on the front entry porch for your gear.
Entertainment: Smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms for your entertainment needs.
Guests will have the entire house to themselves and access to community amenities.
We are located in the very safe community of Northridge which features dedicated security, seasonal tennis courts, and a basketball hoop (starting mid-April), and a heated pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day (Weekends onlu until 6/22/2024)
Parking for the tennis courts and basketball court is easiest at the overflow lot at 112 Quail Ln. Just walk across the street directly into the tennis courts then basketball court, directly behind 115 Quail Ln.
The community pool opens May 27th through September 4 from 11:00am to 7:00pm (Weekend ONLY until 6/22/2024). It is heated at a pleasant 82 degrees. It's a short minute or two drive from the house, or about a 13 minute walk. The address is 115 Quail Ln, Tannersville
There are two parking spaces available in front of the house. All other cars must park at the overflow lot at 112 Quail Ln. Behind the overflow parking is also the garbage compactor
We are a few minutes from a great park - Mountain View Park - which has tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, trails and so many other amenities. The park opens April 1. The address is 104 Mount View Park Ln, Tannersville.
