1.We had a neighbour who watched tv at 11pm so loud that we could every word like it was in our room. Went to the reception but there was nobody on duty. Wentbto knock on the neighbour's door without any success.. not a nice experience when you waht to sleep.
2. The bathroom in the standard double room was extremely small and the shower would have been a perfect fit for a motel next to a highway. For a "4...

"First time there. Will be back! A definite recommend if you are in the area to see the castles. Staff is very helpful and most speak English quite well. Each building is its own look, feel and room type. There are elevators but expect some walking and there are hills. Not like the hill to the castle (take the bus or horse carriage). Try it. Each cottage has everything you will need for a night stay or a week long stay; plates, cups, silverware, pots, pans, toaster, mini fridge, etc. It was easy to get into after hours with the door code that was given via email the day of arrival, clean, updated, and the views are amazing. Coming from the United States I was concerned about communication with the staff, but they were all VERY friendly, spoke English, and very prompt in email communication.
