"We have visited Koh Tao many times and have stayed at Pranee Amata for the last 7 visits as we have found it to be the most convenient hotel for Sarrie beach, as its quieter than the ones that are on the beach but still close to the action, they have their own swimming pool which is lovely, the rooms are cleaned daily, the staff are helpful and friendly, a very good for value hotel."

"The "resort" is so old and tired, everything is falling apart, and it looks like it has never been maintained. At the pictures everything looks ok, but they must be about 25 to 30 years old. Should have stayed for 9 days, but hotels.com was nice and managed a cancelation after 1 day. "
