"I cannot say that I would recommend this hotel, and there is a large disparity in quality of accommodation and service between Hotel Metropole in Venezia and Taormina. I would recommend considering any other option first.

"Beautiful historical property that pictures don’t do justice! The sky bar is an incredible spot for a drink to start & end an evening. Rooms are classy & the staff was warm, welcoming & helpful! Really enjoyed my time with them in Taormina & disappointed about leaving. As well, location* was awesome. Beautifully positioned in the town"
"I cannot stop thinking about my stay here! Made my time in Taormina that much more special. The grounds and hotel were magical, the staff were all very nice and helpful and the views were incredible. We used the pool which was great in the heat and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast everyday, which felt like a home-made meal. I highly reccomend this hotel to those looking for a unique hotel experience, not just as somewhere to stay but a space to immerse yourself in art and history. Francesco...
"Very kind staff. Beautiful property close to town. Stayed in the apartments which were nice and spacious. Hotel is close to the gardens that have a great playground for young children. The playground was the highlight of the trip for my boys aged 6 & 7."
