A splendid three-room apartment with a pool and breathtaking views.

  • Bright two-bedroom apartment with stunning views of the bay of Mazzaró, Capo S. Alessio, the Ionian coast with the picturesque medieval village Forza D'Agrò, the Calabrian coast, the Peloritani Mountains and the blue of the Ionian Sea.
    The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in a secluded position compared to the chaos of the city center, reachable in 10 minutes on foot.
    The air-conditioned accommodation consists of a large living area with a flat screen TV corner, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with two single beds (which can form another double if necessary) and a bathroom with bidet and shower complete the accommodation.
    To relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape, the property offers a terrace with sitting area and dining area. In the area, parking is available for a fee at a cost of € 10 to be paid locally on arrival. Tourist tax € 1 per person per day.
