When we entered the dining area we talked with the owners who make all the food themselves. They were able to make our order vegetarian. It was the most amazing breakfast ever. The blueberry crumble muffins and the breakfast burritos were unbelievable.

The place was clean and relaxing. The young man at the front desk , Dave, was extremely kind and helpful. We were to arrive at 7pm due to circumstances with travel we could not be there until past 9pm. Dave was on the phone with me several times to reassure me not to worry that he would wait for me, past he working shift, to give me my room keys and show me to my suite. He even helped carry myluggage!!!!

Enjoyed a 2 night stay to visit the area and friends. Hotel was remodeling but did not hear any noise. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room was newly remodeled and was very clean. would stay again if in Taos again. great location for our needs. Close to town and attractions.

When Im back home in Taos, I always stay at don fernadoa hotel. I know what to expect.
The only thing I notice at first was there were names written on the mirror when the bathroom steamed up.
