Very nice room in the tower. Walked 100 yards outside to checkbout the camel camp. Nice pool to chill out in and they gave us a good dinner.

Great service and amenities, but got scammed

I’d love to give this place a good review because up until the last day it was honestly pretty good. But watch out and always ask for specific prices for things or they will take advantage of you. The hotel offers a trip via camel to the Sahara desert including a night in tents, followed by a car ride back to the hotel, which they quoted to us for 60 euro a person. What we discovered after our 10 minute car ride back to the hotel is that they consider this car ride a “tour” and charged us an additional 30 euros each for a total of 60 more euros, which is absolutely ridiculous. So either you are stuck out in the Sahara desert at a campsite, or you’re forced to go on this 10 minute car ride “tour” back to the hotel for 60 euros.

Ksar könnte um einiges besser sein, wenn ...

Schade, dass die Anlage nicht besser gepflegt wird, überall, auch im Zimmer, Staub der schon länger dort ist - Esstische draussen und Liegestühle werden wohl nie geputzt, (berücksichtigt, dass es mit Sandstürmen nicht einfach ist). Betten sehr gut, Essen gut, gute Lage Nähe Dünen. Personal steht lieber rum als was zu tun.

It’s close to erg chebbi so you can see sunset there. We got a free room upgrade which is spacious and with good hot shower. Good to have free pickup to hotel from bus station tour prices quoted by the hotel is expensive. In the end we booked something outside and hotel personnel was apparently upset by this and didn’t provide us with free drop off from hotel to bus station.

Bivouac super!

expedia propose pour 80 euros environ pour 2 personnes pour une nuit en tente (bivouac) avec 2h de dromadaire aller et 2 h retour, un thé d'accueil, un dîner copieux et succulent (entrée/plat/dessert), et le soir une musique traditionnelle berbère. Possibilité de faire du snowboard sur les Dunes. couché et levé du soleil génial.

Hôtel charmant et personnel accueillant

Grande piscine, possibilité de voir de loin les grandes Dunes. Proche d'accès. 2 nuits passées, une à l'Hôtel et l'autre le lendemain au Bivouac à dos de dromadaires 2h aller/ 2 h retour. repas copieux au bivouac, avec musique Berbère le soir. couché et levé du soleil sur les Dunes... au top! à faire. Les repas sont à un bon tarif. continuez comme ça :)
