"The hotel manager was very helpful, collected us from Merzouga and drove us back and forth to the MaMa Africa music festival. (We travel by bus not car). The staff were keen to help and i was able to have several large pot of Lipton (black tea) with milk......bliss. The food seemed good although we didn’t have a main meal as we ate mainly in Merzouga. The pool was wonderful and wine was available at a good price."

The food was absolutely delicious and added to an already wonderful experience. The rooms were beautifully designed, tastefully furnished, and surprisingly luxurious. We also loved the hotel’s architecture, which blends beautifully with the surrounding desert landscape and creates a genuine sense of connection with nature. Overall, this was a memorable and unique stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our experience."

"A lovely welcome with Moroccan tea before departure, along with clear explanations of all the activities offered by the team. The tents were very comfortable and beautifully located in the heart of the desert. Everything was well organized, from the activities to the dinner and breakfast. A special mention to Saïd, who took care of the 4x4 driving through the dunes and was always available to help with anything we needed. The whole team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, making the experience truly memorable."
