Although the hotel is reputed to have a very good restaurant it was closed all 3 nights we were at the hotel. Many other retaurants were closed Monday to Wednesday, so it was inconvenient to have dinner.

Me encantó, la habitación hermosa, el lugar pequeño pero súper lindo y confortable, la comida en el restaurante Navora deliciosa, la cortesía que nos dejaron en la habitación a la llegada que fue un pastelito de nuez y chocolate super delicioso que lo pedimos en el restaurante al día siguiente, pudimos pasar al área nueva que están por abrir de la cava y les está quedando muy linda, todos los detalles de fogateros, tepees, salitas super cómodas, me hubiera encantado quiero en fuera solo para adultos pero es un detalle menor, las bebidas muy ricas también, todo el personal muy amable, te prenden la chimenea o el fogatero si lo solicitas pero creo que si los mantuvieran prendidos aún sin solicitarlo invitaría más a usar esas areas

Muy bonito lugar. Pero en esta ocasión no nos pudimos bañar porque no salió agua caliente. La respuesta del personal fue: una disculpa seguro varias personas se bañaron al mismo tiempo, debe esperar 10 minutos. Pasaron 20 y no salió el agua caliente, y ahora dijeron que: una disculpa, es que el calentador es de paneles solares. Al final, sea la razón que sea, a un huésped no le importa.
