"O hotel se vende como um estabelecimento 5 estrelas, mas no contexto geral está longe de ser. A estrutura de atendimento é muito fraca, exceto pelo Otavio que superou a expectativa e sempre esteve pronto a nos atender. O restaurante tem um cardápio extremamente limitado (nao tinha frango, por exemplo), a comida tem um custo elevado e nao estava boa (pratos em media de 140,00).
