I particularly liked the quiet location where the dog and I could explore without worrying about traffic on our long walks. Pretty convenient to town yet very secluded. The 100 year old concrete bridge that leads to the property is fantastic. We would love to stay again the next time we come to Maryville. "

"The place is in a quiet neighborhood, the view of the little river is beautiful, and easy location to visit west side of the Smokey National park. The house is modest but clean, and the kitchen is surprisingly well stocked. The tvs are good and lastly the outdoor porch and set up is awesome! "
