"The property needs lots of TLC, spire webs and ants everywhere inside the house, rip furnitures, the gate keepers were really rude, check in time 7:00pm when usually is 4pm but check out time is 4pm. Not full access to the property since we need to ask the gate keepers to open and close the gate to go out.. since check in was at 7 and wanted to go to El tunco at night we were told that we were not allowed to go out after 9 that gate closed at 9 pm.. totally a bad experience. "The property itself is peaceful and beautiful. The pool is great. There was an iguana over the front gate to the property several times; We think he lives there and that was a cool experience. A lot of birds in the trees. There is a little store down the street, maybe just a five minute walk, that we didn't realize was there until our last day there.
