"The hotel spaces and especially our room were exquisitely decorated, calm and peaceful and in excellent condition. It was very hot while we were there, but the air-con worked very well. The shower was powerful and controllable. The guest pool was great (we did not use either spa, this visit) and empty at 7:30 am. Breakfast was very good and we only paid £7 each per day. Dinner seemed a little expensive for a limited buffet, but the food was well cooked and tasty. The bar was small but really comfortable, with a fair choice of wines and beers, and offered some nice looking bar food. All staff were helpful and friendly. The only issue was some irritating insects, which really required insect repellent as soon as you get out your car. Otherwise, this resort is lovely and we had a great couple of nights here. "

"Absolutely fantastic stay ! We stayed here as a family for 5 nights And found very well organized and comfortable . Very helpful staffs and housekeeping team did an excellent job each day . A big plus was the 24-hour coffee station — it was great having fresh coffee / hot chocolate available anytime. Overall very happy with their service .. "

"I really don’t understand why this place gets so many negative reviews. People need to learn how to read and maybe they won’t struggle so much with the checking in lol. I stayed here for 10 days and everything was great! Rooms are luxurious, spacious and clean. Staff are lovely and the location is great! My only down is the pool not being deep enough but other than that I’m very very happy and I’d like to say thanks!"
