There is a free snack lounge with coffee, water and pastries from 12PM-6AM. Vic is a small town near Vic University and getting transportation during siesta time and late nights is difficult at best. You have to arrange it in advance if you need to go farther than you are willing to walk. The hotel staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make my stay very comfortable."
