"I like this resort. The location is wonderful. The food is very good. The only thing is I didn’t have water in the second floor of the cabin I rented and there were parts under construction that didn’t help with the relax one need."

"Hotel was pretty nice and a good value for the money. Free Airport Shuttle was on-time and very well run. Breakfast was cooked to order most days (though had a buffet the first day there with nice fresh fruit) and pretty tasty. AC worked well in the room. Service was good and mostly responsive to requests, but sometimes a little delayed. Location outside of town was not that bad. 10-minute moto-taxi ride to Tarapoto Main Square (no car taxis usually available, so may be issue if rain...

"It's a disgusting, dirty, full of fleas that didn't let my family sleep at all. And they don't care. Expedia shouldn't not work with this hotel. The breakfast is terrible too. It's hard to get there and move around the town even worst. I'm so disgusted by this hotel!!! Fleas!!! "
