"Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ā€˜on your doorstepā€™! A+"

"Super flat in a lovely, perfect location for town amenities and for dogs. Flat was very well equipped with modcons including Wifi and Netflix. For some reason I could not get free view on the TV so in between Netflix films I was watching NBNews and AfricanNews! Really recommend this property for a holiday in Edzell."

Communication was excellent and the hosts were lovely local people, we had easy access if we required any assistance. Access to the property was simple as was parking. This gorgeous little two bedroom apartment had everything we needed for our stay, it felt like home rather than a hotel. "What a beautifully unique place to stay! We were in the Gamekeeper's bothy and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was clean and spacious and the wood stove kept us plenty warm! We never saw any red squirrels but I did see a beautiful jay that was so different from the blue jays we have in the US. I would stay here again in a minute!"
