"Residence le Pastel Jeanne d’Arc – Toulouse Very disappointing stay 👎 The only positive thing about this place is the convenient location. Unfortunately, everything else was far below expectations. The room was very small, old, and had an unpleasant smell. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and even a bit creepy, which made it hard to relax. We originally booked and paid for two nights, but after the first night, we decided to leave early because we simply didn’t feel comfortable...

"The host was really welcoming and always available in case we needed any help. The amenities were great, and the appartement was in great shape, everything was as described. A nice and open space for living, in the center of the city. Would recommend to anyone!"

"We stayed for a month, using this flat as our home base while exploring the area and a few larger cities in Spain and France. It was clean, efficient and a great place to recharge. The location was ideal. On the 14th there were fireworks just outside on the river. We all hope to be back some day."

L’appartement est neuf, aménagé avec goût et entièrement équipé - vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour concocter de bons repas, vous installer à l’ombre ou au soleil sur la terrasse dans le jardin ou même faire une soirée jeux en famille.
