"Everything was grubby, we had to scrub the plates, cups and utensils before they could be used. One of the bathroom bins had someone else’s rubbish in and we even found a past guests t shirt down the side of the bed. You are charged extra for logs for the fire and using towels but only told about this at the end. The biggest issue was by far the dogs. "Very clean, professional, helpful staff. Pleasant dining room. Comfortable beds. Rooms not soundproof. Boys in soccer event were running in halls and slamming room doors until quiet time which was 22:00 hours. Not the fault of the hotel. I would stay there again. Very close to Zalipie, the "painted village," which is why we stayed there."
