"Room was lovely and clean only one small thing no towels in room had to request some at reception which arrived straight away. Buffet dinner was not very good, most food was cold and hardly any choice we did complain about it but because I signed they were not going to not charge me, but after a lot of negotiation they gave us 50% discount Most of all it's a lovely hotel "

A special thanks to Zechariah and Ghizlane, who went above and beyond to make my experience smooth and enjoyable. From the airport transfer to the check-in process, everything was handled seamlessly with great professionalism and care. Their attention to detail truly made a difference. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!"

"I was really disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working, which made it uncomfortably hot throughout my visit. I reported the issue multiple times to the staff, but unfortunately nothing was done and I didn’t feel supported at all. On top of that, the food quality didn’t meet my expectations either. Overall, the experience fell short, and I hope the hotel takes these concerns seriously and improves both their service and facilities."

"We would not return to this hotel. After arriving on Saturday, I began vomiting on Tuesday and my partner on Wednesday. We talked with other guests that were also sick after eating at the hotel restaurants. Having now searched for instances of food poisoning at this hotel, we can see this wasn’t an uncommon experience. Most of the buffet food is bland and some of it horrible, tasting genuinely off or unpleasant. The food is poorly labelled, with dishes under the wrong stickers or stickers missing. As a vegetarian, there aren’t many options - when I chose a cheese salad, it turned out to have some kind of squid in it. After asking a waiter, who asked a chef, they directed me to another salad, which had pieces of chicken in it. Some of the staff are lovely and friendly, but others are very grumpy and make you feel like you are an inconvenience. Our room was cleaned well but the rooms are dated and in need of renovation - there is mould in the bathrooms and a slight smell of damp. The private beach is a small area combed back from a stony beach with lots of plastic and (friendly but slightly concerning) stray dogs. The grounds of the resort itself are beautiful and the pools are lovely to swim and lounge by."

"Room is alright does the job. However no kettle and no microwave was a bit difficult for warm water."

"Really enjoyed our stay. Overall the room was spacious and had two single beds for kids and large king bed. Bathroom was also large. Con: they had NO air conditioning! They said this was due to the age of the building. Luckily it wasn’t too warm in the evenings so we left the patio doors open. However, this was disappointing. The pool was great and lots of lounges. The buffet had many options and we enjoyed the food. Con: the service especially for breakfast was lacking. They really could have improved on this. We basically ended up clearing our own table for breakfast and getting all our own tea and coffee. This was better for lunch and dinner service. Overall, I would still return to this hotel. But I would check on A/C. "

"The first room we had was right next to the air con outside the building and made a complete racket all night and kept us awake. The sink has a major crack across it. The next room we were given the lights didn't work. An engineer came and fiddled about a bit inside and outside the room. Eventually with some fizzing the lights worked. Now one of the main light switches didn't work and the engineer said he would be back the next day to fix it. That never happened. By our last night there was only 1 light working. The mattress was rock solid, and not conducive for a good nights sleep and the pillows were not much better. The breakfast was limited. The pastries were dry and seemed stale. There is a fresh omelette bar. The staff are really friendly and helpful. "

"Bed not especially comfortable, not much hot water for a shower one evening. Bedroom laminate floor coming apart despite the place being only 2 years old. Wouldn’t stay here again."
