"This place was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed. It was a spacious and well-decorated home away from home. The kitchen was stocked, and the pool and outdoor area were perfect. It was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was almost instant. Easy check-in. It is very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach. "Cozy condo with lanai to relax on. Pool was a 2 minute walk and was never crowded. Homeowner provided everything we needed...beach towels, outdoor chairs, even a Keurig. There was an issue with the refrigerator leaking and Sharlene replaced it. She was very easy to contact and responded right away. The condo is about a mile walk to Main St. Safety Harbor and the Safety Harbor Spa. We enjoyed our stay."

The communication with the property managers was amazing. I received friendly reminders about trash/recycling. We did have a minor issue one evening. I sent a text to the property managers to notify them. I received a phone call within 5 minutes of my text and the issues was resolved that evening. That is fantastic customer service.
