In the village of Sant'Agostino, about 14 km from Tarquinia, is this beautiful vacation home on several floors overlooking the sea and direct access to a platform and the coast with rocks and pebbles. Here you can laze in the sun, admire a magnificent panorama, be thrilled by the sound of the sea and wrap yourself in the smell of the sea. The house has two terraces overlooking the beach, equipped for moments of relaxation. It also has a larger and shaded indoor terrace with a barbecue, ideal on windy days. A small kitchenette outside the house is also available. For lovers of fine sandy beaches, just 1000 meters from here is the beach of Bagni di Sant'Agostino, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Lazio coast. Here you can windsurf, kitesurf and surf or just sunbathe. At 200 meters there is a beach resort with umbrellas and deckchairs. About 14 km away is Tarquinia, a resort rich in archaeological sites related to Etruscan art and a fascinating medieval town. Viterbo with its wellness facilities is 45 km away, and the eternal city of Rome with its cultural richness is 85 km away. The Parco dei Vulci with the Etruscan Tomb (to be visited by reservation) 4 km, a golf course 16 km, the port of Civitavecchia 10 km. A double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room are located in the basement, accessible by an external staircase.

Tramonti indimenticabili

Terrazza favolosa e tramonti indimenticabili con Isola del Giglio sullo sfondo. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili, casa pulita, super corredata e accessoriata. Automobile indispensabile, non tanto per le spiagge , raggiungibili anche a piedi o con le bici gentilmente messe a disposizione dai proprietari, ma perché il borghetto non offre alcun servizio ( neppure una panetteria) e pertanto per ogni necessità occorre per forza recarsi al centro commerciale ( distante circa 5 km)
