"Everybody was great! From the staff at the restaurant and the bar to the housekeeping and the people at reception, everybody was great! Even when I had a small issue with my room they sorted it out within 10-15 minutes!"

"It wasn’t clean at all, the room door was broken, shower was terrible, even can’t take shower because the barrier glass and the shower had water goes directly to the wall and you can’t adjust. It’s was worst hotel that i have been seen I already didn’t stay and the hotel manager didn’t refund me I just left "

"Hotel is modern, clean & in very good condition as the hotel is newly built. Room, bed & bed linen was comfortable & very clean. There is an opening window with a safety lock, air con, tea/coffee/water & fridge. Bathroom comfortable size with toiletries available & a powerful hair dryer. Thank you to the staff who are all professional, friendly & attentive. Nursel our room cleaner is very helpful & our room was kept in excellent condition. There are shops across the road. I can recommend this hotel. "

"Tarsus properties are a little pricy compared to Mersin, but at Burhanoglu, you get to stay in a historic Ottoman mansion with unique beehive bay window. The room might be a little dim, but it's comfortable. Breakfast is pleasant, but the star attraction might be Kuki, the black pug, who will be begging food from you. "

"I spent a pleasant 3 nights here. Internet, hot water, and cleanliness were top notch. Front desk staff were welcoming and accommodating. I recommend the hotel, the city it is in, not so much. Mersin does not have a lot going on for a tourist. Stay in Tarsus instead, especially if you are interested in history."
