I stayed at Burhanoglu Konağı for two nights. The hotel is in an excellent location with everything within walking distance. There is a supermarket next door which is handy. You can get a Havamas Shuttle from the airport to cleopatra gate & the hotel is just a 10 minute walk from there which is very easy. There is a nice courtyard where you can relax & eat breakfast etc. Breakfast is bread, cheese, salad, fruit & a wide array of spreads, jams & cakes. There are fruit juices to choose from & tea & coffee. There is free tea/coffee & hot and cold water available at anytime. The room is nice & very unique with its stone walls. There are ample plug chargers, a tv, the WiFi is good. Air con & a fridge with water in when you arrive which is a nice touch. We had one master bedroom & a large second bedroom. The bathroom is nice with a good shower, toilet & sink with toiletries provided. Staff are very friendly & helpful. A wonderful stay.

This place is very historical. It is classical Ottoman and very interesting. If you want a modern holiday inn, this place is not for you. But if you are interested in Turkish history, the place is an Ottoman mansion and you can imagine a rich Turkish family living here.

Tarsus properties are a little pricy compared to Mersin, but at Burhanoglu, you get to stay in a historic Ottoman mansion with unique beehive bay window. The room might be a little dim, but it's comfortable. Breakfast is pleasant, but the star attraction might be Kuki, the black pug, who will be begging food from you.

Excellent service!

We stayed for 1 night to be close to the airport. We very much liked the hotel and the service. The room was ready and heated when arriving and in the morning breakfast was served 1 hour before the regular time because we had to leave early. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and room was clean.Thank you for the good and friendly care!

The hotel is well maintained. It is a 200-year-old building where you can experience the history of the place. The staff is kind and helpful. my room kit has a small detail with the bad smell coming out from the toilet or drainage. Apart from that everything is clean and tidy. I would certainly stay there if I go back to Tarsus

Nice place, cold night

Very central location, great staff and super cool historical building with a medina. Drawbacks: beds are hard, and I was only given a very thin blanket. Had to sleep with clothes on, and woke up with a running nose. Would consider staying again, if the blanket-situation can be sorted.

Beautiful old hotel (family owned for 200 years, the man said). My only complaint is that it was very noisy at night due to nearby businesses working all night and rooms were not soundproofed. Otherwise, a great stay! The man recommended a local place with kebabs and Turkish pizza that was AMAZING.

Ein richtig schönes historisches Gebäude. Um das Hotel herum in kurzer Entfernung sind alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten der schönen Stadt Tarsus. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich. Sehr familiär. Die Zimmer werden jetzt im Winter mit der Klimaanlage beheizt. Beim Hotel ist ein kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz, für uns war das sehr hilfreich. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Çalışanların güler yüzlü ve ilgili olduklarını söylemeliyim. Otelin konumu çok güzel, bitişiğinde çok makul bir ücretle otopark var. Otel restore edilmiş bir konak, geniş ve farah, hijyen açısından da memnun kaldık. Yine de bir konuda öneride bulunmak isterim, kaldığımız oda aile için iki odalı olarak tasarlanmış ve çocukların kaldığı oda içerisinde paravan kapılı kutu gibi bir banyo ve tuvalet yerleştirilmiş. Hijyen açısından bir sorun yoktu ama çok ağır bir lağım kokusu vardı maalesef. Bu sorun mutlaka giderilmeli.

200백년된 주택을 개조해 호텔로 사용하는 곳입니다. 겉으로 보기에는 멋지지만 나름 불편합니다. 리프트가 없어 가파른 계단을 짐을 가지고 올라가야되요. 화장실 냄새가 너무 나서 힘들어요. 화장실도 작아요. 가격대비 쏘쏘.

Hotel was erg luidruchtig,we hebben weinig geslapen. de hond liep los en personeel zat tussen de gasten te roken. Ontbijt simpel, was opgediend op een tafel zonder dat het was afgedekt. Helaas was de airco stuk gegaan, geen alternatief. Je moest erom vragen, uiteindelijk wel een ventilator gekregen. Het hotel was moeilijk te vinden, erg achteraf in een klein straatje.

Schöne zentrale Unterkunft, hilfsbereiter Inhaber oder Verwalter, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, das Bad ziemlich klein - …. unser Zimmer war recht dunkel, doch im Grunde war’s ja zum Schlafen dann unwichtig. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
