Hotel staff was helpful and professional. The hotel itself is fine, it's close to the airport and the rooms are clean. It is simply a bit of an older hotel. So for the price - 5 stars but for pure hotel rating it is a 4.

I arrived at 9am after an 18 hour bus trip and expected a long wait for my room. They gave me a very comfortable place to wait but the previous guests left early and they immediately got the room ready for me. Hugely appreciated!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with a fridge and tea facilities always available. Breakfast was very good too. The bathroom was spotless, with proper ventilation and heated towel racks, a rare but very welcome detail. The staff were extremely helpful, storing our luggage for two days while we traveled to Samarkand, and again after our second stay until we left for the airport. This made our trip much easier and stress‑free. The location is convenient: very short Yandex Go ride to both the airport and train station. Reaching the city center is also simple with a Yandex Go. Overall, it was a relaxing and comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend City Line Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Tashkent.

There is pleasant canteen within 20 meters (downstairs, just as the front desk told me). 24/7 supermarket is within 50 meters. Room was dark but large and had two chairs for sitting.

The hotel was perfectly adequate. I guess I must’ve been up in the attic, cause there was no window and it was boiling hot all night long. I’m guessing your stay depends on what room you get. AVoid room 10 if possible.

Very convenient location for a one night stay close to the airport. And I mean close! It is a 20 minute walk only! The receptionists were extremely friendly and professional. We did get the chance to taste their breakfast as our flight was at dawn but it looked tempting (you order what you want the bright before which I personally think is a great idea).

La segunda reservación fue más difícil que la primera. Pues tuvimos que hacernos cargo del aseo y orden de la habitación. Nos quisieron cobrar lo mismo que la noche anterior (aunque éramos un pasajero menos). Al final, fue pagar casi lo mismo. El desayuno mejoró, porque se ajustó a lo que ofrecía la carta en recepción. No repetiremos.

La ubicación es excelente respecto del aeropuerto. El staff es displicente y en un caso, descortés. El proceso de check in, para las dos reservaciones, fue desagradable. La habitación difería de las fotos, no se hizo limpieza de la habitación por un malentendido (falta de información al cliente del recepcionista de la mañana). El desayuno fue incompleto. No repetiría.

Obwohl das Hotel von außen groß wirkt befinden sich die Zimmer lediglich auf der 6. Etage des Gebäudes. Das Frühstück und die Tische befinden sich sozusagen im Gang bzw. im Flur. Zum Frühstück kann man (am Vortag) zwischen 4 Menüs auswählen, welches dann von der Mitarbeiterin frisch vorbereitet wird. Ein Frühstücksbuffet gab es leider nicht. Obwohl es generell sauber war und das Personal stets freundlich war, haben wir uns aufgrund der sehr altmodischen Einrichtung und der unbequemen Betten nicht 100% wohl gefühlt.
