A modern hotel with very good breakfast. The rooms are clean. The staffs are responsive. However, the HVAC is hard to control. Our room was too warm. Our final control was to open the windows to cool the room. We enjoyed the hotel's wonderful spa.

I stayed for 3 nights. Everything was wonderful. Very quiet and clean rooms. The staff was very helpful and caring. I did have a chance to use hammam and spa but the guest like it. It's located a not a center of the city and I used taxi (which is affordable). I highly recommend this hotel;!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Europe Hotel. It is a wonderful hotel with prices less than half of what the major hotel chains charge. The location of the hotel is safe but not the greatest. However, the location wasn't a problem since the taxis are incredibly cheap.

We stayed here recently and found it convenient to the airport, with friendly staff who seemed to do their best to help. Breakfast was good, and the rooms had nice balconies. However, there were some issues during our stay. The hot water wasn’t working at first, though the staff did try to fix it. One of our balcony doors was broken, and there weren’t enough sleeping arrangements for our family. We paid $25 for an extra bed, but it turned out to be a cot for one child, while our other child had to sleep on the couch with just a duvet and no sheets or pillows. The room also only had two towels, which made it feel like they forgot our kids were staying with us. Overall, it was okay for a short stopover, but some details could be improved.

Modern Hotel in Tashkent

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Europe Hotel. The hotel is done to a nice standard and is not too big. It has a pretty good breakfast offering. The hotel is located within walking distance of a number of restaurants. It is an easy location to get to all the key Tashkent attractions via taxi or taxi/metro.

Its a small hotel but very neat and clean. Staff very helpfull and friendly, always meet with a smiling face. Rooms are nicely decorated. Breakfast menue is good but limited dishes. Slightly over priced. Location is in a quite neighborhood, away from city center. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing

Absolutely amazing experience, great hotel, New, Room are very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is unbelievable. Location didn’t matter to us because Taxi is very cheap. All the stuff starting with the check-in to the housekeeping is absolutely great. We arrived in the middle of the night and they were very accommodating and gave us early check-in without questions. Has an Indoor pool, sauna, massage on request. I would definitely recommend it.

I loved my stay at the Europe Hotel and will absolutely, positively stay there on all my future visits to Tashkent! The staff was fastastically friendly, warm and helpful, and I felt like I was truly welcomed. My room wasn't big, but perfectly appointed, super clean and very quiet. The room was "Street View", which meant that the windows opened to a cozy courtyard with tables and was quite elegant and, additionally, made the room very quiet even when I had my windows open. Thanks to Europe Hotel and I hope to see you all again real soon! Ken

Great hotel but poor management

A great modern clean hotel with modern facilities - good WiFi, many power points and USB ports in the room. The breakfast has an amazing range of options. All excellent. Rooms are very comfortable. We had to switch rooms after two nights as the AC wasn’t working. Terrace restaurant is a disaster - we waited more than 2 hours to get a two course meal served. Some front desk staff do speak English. Do not accept duty manager’s offer of tours or taxis.

I had two separate bookings at this hotel and they got the first night of the booking wrong. We had booked two beds and they made a mistake and booked us one bed. Normally this wouldn’t matter but as a female traveling with a male friend, I would prefer to have my own bed. The problem was resolved the next day. The rest of the stay was excellent, staff were friendly and spoke very good English and was very helpful whenever we needed help with anything. The property was clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay there again.

I am korean and stayed 5 nights. It was amazing experience with family. 1. Kindness of hotel staffs 2. Modern style of room and facilities 3. Very well prepared breakfast 4. Great 👍 SPA 5. Very close to Korean restaurant(미가) and Korzinka store and local market (walking distance 500 to 1 km) Its good time to see Uzbek style residence town and house.
