This is a lovely little hotel right next to a family friendly park that is lively and fun at night. Very easy to pick up cabs around the corner. Very good breakfast. Overall, an excellent hotel for its price point.

We stayed at Istaravshan apart hotel for a week. Everything was wonderful. Daily room cleaning, quiet. 24hr front desk. Breakfast was so good. We will definitely come back.

The location is great and room is clean and nice, but the staff has more to be desired of. Others are good, but one particular boy, you would know who if you ever been there, was very unpleasant. He was kissing from the reception desk for 15 minutes to begin with, and marginally rude throughout the interaction. No luggage storage or proper lobby. I would pay the same price and stay at a real hotel or more to stay at holiday Inn next time.

Nice location. A lot of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Comfortable rooms. May be difficult, however, for guests with a lot of luggage and families with small children as there is ostensibly no access to the front of the property for taxis. Otherwise, good value for money and excellent location.

Such a hiding Gem Boutique Hotel in Tashkent . Superb service and cleanness , Specially Big thanks to the BILOL and front desk girls. My mam and my son trilled with they professional approach of service. Only breakfast in room service staff members too cold and unwelcome . Overall Amazing experience in the top notch hospitality business. Even Better than big name hotels in Tashkent. Strongly , recommended ! Excellent option in a modern area of Tashkent

The apart hotel is excellent for a long-ish stay. The staff are super helpful and though cara cannot drive all the way to the door, they come get you around the corner and help with your bags. They’re super attentive and friendly (they even wished me happy birthday though I didn’t say anything!). The room was very big and modern, great facilities and space. We couldn’t have sled for more and would highly recommend! We weren’t expecting the breakfast to be included and they bring it to your room. It was very tasty. Photo below.

Police registration lost

My daughter & I stayed at Istaravshan for 5 nights. On checkout, they had trouble finding the copy of our passports and later couldn't provide us with the police registration because they said that the systems were down. They said they would Whatsapp it to us. On chasing this 24 hours later, they Whatsapp'ed us the police registration of some other guests! We are trying to figure out who to contact now about our registration (Uzbek police?) in case there are problems when leaving the country. The apartment was otherwise fine, although not recommended for a long stay as the kitchen was of very little use. Location was great, opposite the Tashkent City park. Breakfast at the Holiday Inn was great.
