Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This is not a luxury hotel in terms of deco but it is clean, fully functional, close to the airport, train station and metro. It has a very pleasant and almost secluded courtyard towards the front. The street is quiet in terms of traffic noise. Other big chain hotels were just round the corner along some restaurants and kiosks. Our 4 bed-room ensuite was spacious, overlooking the courtyard and with views of the pyramid tower. The shower was on the larger side, nicely allowing for free movement. I read previous reviews that were on the negative side. In this occasion I cannot share this opinion. However, one in particular mentioned the hard mattresses. This is true and great! I loved my firm, not hard, mattress. Highlights: the manager and personnel were very attentive and ready to assist. The breakfast was delicious.
